The historic 4 bedroom villa at Lupton Lodge is now available to rent as a luxurious self-contained holiday house. The house consists of 2 x large ensuite rooms with king-size beds, 1 x ensuite room with a queen-size bed and an extra lounge with a single bed. The rooms are all located off a long central hallway. There is a lounge/dining area which leads onto a covered verandah overlooking the pool and a spacious kitchen at the rear of the building.
Wifi is included. Rental of the house does not include breakfast, daily servicing or access to the guest lounge. Breakfast, dinner, servicing and a laundry service are all available for an additional charge by arrangement.
The house is located on the same property as other guest accommodation so the pool, gardens and parking are all shared facilities.

$650 for up to 6 people (does not include breakfast or daily servicing)
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required at all times except for public holidays when the minimum stay may vary.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Our standard check-in time is 2pm or later. Please enquire if you require an earlier check-in time.
Check-out time is any time up until 11am.
Payment Methods
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Card, Eftpos, cash and bank deposits are accepted.
Credit card details are required upon confirmation of the room reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For any 4 bedroom Holiday House bookings a non-refundable 25% deposit will be taken at time of booking. 2 months prior to arrival a further non-refundable 25% of the cost of the booking will be taken. Cancellations within 2 months of arrival therefore incur a 50% cancellation fee. 1 month prior to arrival the balance of the payment will be taken. For cancellations within 1 month of arrival 100% of the cost of the booking will be incurred.
