Spicy pumpkin & kumara soup with fresh bread
Mushroom, feta and capsicum tart with mesclun salad
Moroccan-spiced lamb rump served with risotto, red wine jus and seasonal vegetables
Pan-fried Terakihi (fish) with lemon capers and sweet chilli sauce and herb couscous
Warm free-range chicken salad with blue cheese, home-grown roasted walnuts and balsamic dressing
Thai free-range chicken & peanut curry with pineapple rice and spicy crackers
Slow cooked NZ Lamb Shank with herb mash & seasonal vegetables
Fresh New Zealand Salmon with citrus glaze, served with couscous & vegetables
Indian style beef curry with rice, poppadum and mango chutney
Vegetarian, dairy-free, vegan & gluten free meals are available on request – please advise your requirements prior to arrival
Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce

Our dinner menu changes daily and will vary depending on availability of the freshest local produce. Where possible, please advise us at time of booking if you require dinner on your first night and we will email you a menu.
Our standard menu most nights includes only main course and dessert choices so if you specifically wish to have an entree please advise at time of booking.
